Meet Harlond Hauck

Harlond Hauck and his wife, Cynthia, came to Manzanillo three years ago!

We chose this area after an extensive exploration of Mexico.  The potential of the area, the beauty, and the diverse population were key in our decision making process.  Becoming immersed in the country’s culture and getting to know the people were important.

Harlond has had many successful careers:  a real estate developer and broker in the states of California and Missouri; the oil business where he grew a business to over 400 service stations, the automotive business with 200 tune up stores that merged with Andy Granatelli of Indy 500 fame; and automotive dealership consulting.  Never quite willing to totally retire!
 
He has developed successful real estate projects in La Jolla, California; Houston, Texas; as well as, Rolla and Branson, Missouri.

Harlond graduated cum laude from Drury University.  He played four years of basketball with the university. He enjoys tennis, auto racing and golf.
